• Support with minor fabric work within the facility.

Job description

Overview

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The role will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

Responsibilities

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
• Rectifying faults in plant rooms
• Splits, VRF and more
• You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility

Working hours & Pay

• Schedule - Monday to Friday
• Hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call for emergencies only
• Salary - £41,210 per year
• Location - Norwich
• Overtime available
