Overview

Salary and Benefits of an air conditioning engineer:

• 40-55k basic salary depending on experience - intermediate to senior engineer status and experience
• Monthly engineers bonus based on personal performance (£300 to £500 per month every month)
• Plenty of overtime if required and also including a call out rota
• Van, phone, iPad, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools
• 22 days holidays + 8 bank holidays

They sub contract for some major names in the industry as well as having their own clients with the commercial and healthcare sectors. Responsibilities

• Providing service and maintenance on commercial (fixed and portable) air conditioning and some Refrigeration equipment
• Working on air conditioning 95% of the time - splits, multi splits, VRV and VRF equipment as well as some small chillers, the rest of time being on small refrigeration units
• Covering the London and M25 area
• Dealing with very well known clients as well as well established HVAC contractors

Qualifications

• Ideally a 5 year+ proven track record within air conditioning service and maintenance on splits, VRV, VRF and small chillers
• Be living in or around the London or M25 area is great
• the relevant industry qualifications i.e. F Gas certificate and a C&G in air conditioning would be needed
