Position - Air Conditioning Engineer

Salary / Package - £34,000 - £38,000 (DOE), Working Pension, Death in Service X4, 24 days holiday excluding Banks, Van / Fuel card, PPE / Tools, Call Out with additional pay - (1 in 8)

Location / Working Hours – Preston, 7 : 30AM - 4pm, half hour for lunch (with flexibility) Overtime Paid - Double Time all the time!!

My client specialise in all types of Health Sector projects, ranging from full ward refurbishments, change of use, general facilities and building maintenance.

Purpose Of The Role

To carry out reactive maintenance and PPM work on industrial and commercial air conditioning systems.

This role WILL require travel throughout the North West and up to Cumbria. VERY rarely travel may take you to Solihull & North Wales.

Key Duties

• Undertake the servicing, repairing and maintenance of Air conditioning systems.
• Carry out installation, operation, maintenance and repairs of plant and equipment
• Complete works in accordance with The Companies specifications and in compliance with the relevant legislation, relevant trade body and industry standards and best practice.
• Participate in an emergency ‘out of hours' service as required, including carrying out other multi skilled trades work where necessary.
