A leading professional services firm is seeking an AI Senior Manager to join their dynamic Tax Technology & Innovation team. The successful candidate will oversee innovative projects, lead client workshops, and provide expertise on AI applications in tax. Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Tax Technology & Innovation team at KPMG, where we are leading the way in transforming the tax industry through technology. As part of KPMG's $5bn investment in technology over five years, you will play a key leadership role in helping both our clients and our internal teams harness the power of technological advances, particularly in artificial intelligence, to better manage tax obligations and drive business value.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of innovative projects and propositions, leading a team of business analysts and project delivery leads. You will work closely with clients to co‑create and implement cutting‑edge solutions that address their most pressing tax challenges, with a particular focus on AI‑driven transformation. Internally, you will collaborate with senior leaders across our tax and technology practices to execute our business strategy and champion the adoption of new technologies, ensuring our teams remain at the forefront of industry change.
While prior experience in tax or accounting is advantageous, it is not required. We are seeking candidates with a strong track record in technology‑driven project delivery, a passion for innovation, and the ability to inspire teams and clients alike.
