We’re looking for an AI program manager to coordinate the delivery of our AI adoption initiatives and support teams across Pipedrive. In this role, you'll get a chance to work with our awesome corporate strategy team on executing our AI-native strategy.

Your new adventure:

• Act as the central program manager for AI adoption across Pipedrive, tracking timelines, metrics and deliverables
• Drive hands‑on change management, including workshops, toolkits and enablement guides
• Coordinate with the learning and development and internal communications teams to ensure effective delivery of AI training and messaging
• Manage relationships with external AI vendors such as OpenAI
• Monitor and report on adoption metrics to leadership
• Help to define internal best practices and processes around the use of generative AI tools
• Help Pipedrive grow by embedding AI into how we work every day

Does this sound like you?

• At least three to five years of experience in program or project management, specifically in cross‑functional technology rollouts
• Proven, hands‑on experience in change management (Prosci or ADKAR certification is a plus)
• A strong can‑do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
• The capability to work proactively and independently to drive outcomes
• A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with a wide range of teams
• A genuine passion for generative AI and experience as a power user of AI tools
• Excellent organization skills and extreme attention to detail
• Fluency in English
