We're partnering with an early-stage AI company building an agentic AI platform designed to transform how teams within financial services operate.

This is a rare opportunity to join as a Founding AI Engineer, working at the core of the product and playing a key role in shaping both the technology and the engineering culture from day one.

The Opportunity

You’ll be building production‑grade AI agents that automate complex, mission‑critical workflows across client‑facing and operational teams. These agents integrate with existing systems, pull from internal and external data sources, and execute real work on behalf of users with optional human‑in‑the‑loop control.

The platform is already live with paying customers, generating meaningful revenue, and has a long‑term roadmap focused on scale, depth, and impact.

This is not an R&D sandbox; this is real AI, in production, solving real problems.
