Job summary

A progressive wellbeing organization in Belfast is seeking an L&D Systems and Delivery Lead to shape digital learning across Ireland. This hybrid role blends technical expertise, systems management, and training delivery while fostering a digital-first learning culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in e-learning content development, data analysis, and configuration of LMS. A third-level qualification in HR or a related field, along with significant experience in training or education, is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in developing e-learning content using an authoring tool.
  • Experience configuring learning management systems.
  • Strong IT skills, including use of AI, SharePoint, MS Forms and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Harness technology and AI to enhance engagement and outcomes.
  • Lead on the technical development of e-learning content.
  • Develop and manage L&D/OD systems.
