What You Will Do:

• Develop and deliver AI & ML solutions for autonomous uncrewed ground vehicles, including dedicated UGVs, optionally uncrewed platforms, and third‑party applications.
• Contribute to the vision and strategy for AI & ML capabilities, supporting innovation in applied AI & ML technology.
• Lead the development of algorithm models, retraining processes, data collection tools, and datasets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with software, hardware, prototyping, and testing teams to ensure requirements are met and solutions are validated.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, methodologies, and applications to drive innovation and maintain industry competitiveness.
• Identify and address training and development needs to enhance expertise and capabilities.
