Fully office based in Hythe, Kent

We care deeply about inclusive working practices and diverse teams. If you'd prefer to work full- time, part-time or as a job-share, we'll facilitate this wherever we can - whether to help you meet other commitments or to help you strike a great work-life balance.

About

At Holiday Extras, we’re creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, build their careers and reach their limitless potential. As a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2025, we’re proud to offer a world of benefits designed to enhance your lifestyle and well-being. By joining our team, you’ll feel supported and rewarded every day.

We’re looking for an Agile Lead to coach one or more delivery teams to deliver valuable software frequently, using adaptive processes and strong collaboration with adjacent teams. You’ll help teams maximise value, improve flow and build sustainable ways of working, while fostering continuous learning and improvement.

You’ll be part of our Product Development Team, whose mission is to drive efficient, collaborative and adaptive delivery across our organisation - helping us continually improve how we create value for our customers and partners.

The Role

By joining our team you’ll:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to refine and prioritise backlogs, balancing value delivery with quality, sustainability and technical health
  • Coach teams to use adaptive processes that support frequent inspection, learning and improvement
  • Ensure agile events are purposeful, effective and continually improved to achieve their intended outcomes
  • Support cross-team planning and coordination where work overlaps, helping teams align without disrupting local flow
  • Use delivery metrics to visualise pace, identify trends and guide teams towards greater predictability and sustainable delivery
  • Encourage healthy work-in-progress limits and steady flow to support long-term delivery at a sustainable pace
  • Build strong relationships across delivery, product and engineering to enable collaboration and constructive challenge
What you can bring to our team:
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and the ability to apply them pragmatically based on context
  • Experience coaching delivery teams to improve flow, predictability and value delivery
  • Confidence facilitating team and cross-team events, with clear intent and outcomes
  • An understanding of delivery metrics, including the difference between leading and lagging indicators
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to influence Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with engineering practices and the ability to engage teams in conversations about quality, technical constraints and improvement opportunities
  • A systems-thinking mindset, recognising the difference between what teams can control and where influence or escalation is required
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to creating open, safe and constructive team environments

Everyone’s career path is individual and different, so this is just a guide. If your experience doesn't precisely match this, you’re encouraged to apply so that we can discover your unique talents!
