A rapidly scaling Lloyd’s specialty (re)insurer is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in the continuous development of a core internal platform that underpins their Insurance, Partnerships, Reinsurance and Exposure Management functions.

The Role

As Agile Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of driving effective, well‑structured delivery across multiple product teams. You’ll bring clarity, coordination and momentum to the development lifecycle—ensuring releases are planned confidently, risks are understood early, and teams remain aligned throughout short, iterative delivery cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery across multiple Agile teams with consistent release cadence.
• Coordinate release planning, ensuring readiness, testing and confidence in deployment.
• Work closely with engineering and architecture to manage dependencies and sequencing.
• Break large epics into deliverable increments across sprints and releases.
• Stay close to quality and testing, using insights to influence planning.
• Maintain open, transparent communication via stand‑ups, retros, demos and updates.
• Bring clarity and structure to a complex, fast‑moving delivery environment.
