Job summary

A leading real estate firm seeks a Business Analyst to join its Technology team. Qualifications

• Experience as an Agile Business Analyst in a software engineering team.
• Background in delivering technology initiatives in customer-facing sectors.
• Understanding and experience in Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Own analysis of technology requirements for the supported business area.
• Support backlog grooming and ensure clarity on objectives.
• Work closely with Software Engineers during sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Assist in agile ceremonies such as retrospectives and demonstrations.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical resources.
