During the programme you will join a global graduate community for a dedicated development week each year, connect with peers and leaders, and work as part of a specific, impactful role. You will gain a unique perspective on Airbus and contribute to meaningful work in a key area of the business.
You will join the team dedicated to Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Methods and Processes within the Airframe Engineering organization, developing inspection and sensing methods for aircraft structures. Inspection is essential for quality and safety, and it also influences product development timelines and manufacturing costs. The aim is to develop you to think of inspection as part of tests and manufacturing with built-in quality features, changing how structures are inspected.
You will work in a transnational team of professionals across physics disciplines used for inspection (optics, acoustics, electromagnetics, radiography), combining hardware and software competencies, including state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence.
Two rotational placements will support your development, during which you will:
Throughout the two-year development programme you will progress toward the position of Airframe Inspection & Sensing Methods Leader.
