Job description

Our Client is a Premium franchise-approved Car Dealership, and they're currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Gloucester area.

Working hours from 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm required, subject to business demand.

Requirements
  • An experienced Aftersales / Service Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
  • A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
  • Strong Technical knowledge
  • An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
Responsibilities
  • Leading the entire Aftersales Team - overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
  • Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
  • Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
  • Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.

The salary for this position is £70,000 basic with a potential OTE of £70,000.
