Aftersales Manager – Bromley

Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE) | OTE: £70,000 - £75,000 | Company Car | Full‑Time | Permanent

Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑6:00pm

An exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has become available for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a busy, main dealership site in Bromley. This is a busy operation with a strong existing team and excellent earning potential.

This role requires a proven Aftersales Manager. A strong Assistant Aftersales Manager may be considered, but they must be highly capable and experienced, as this is a demanding and fast‑paced site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full Aftersales operation across Service and Parts
  • Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, profitability and CSI performance
  • Ensure strong processes are followed across warranty, compliance and customer experience
  • Motivate, coach and develop a large Aftersales team
  • Oversee daily workflow, scheduling and operational performance
  • Maximise Aftersales revenue through labour sales, parts sales and upselling
  • Work closely with senior management to deliver performance targets and operational improvements
Your Background & Skillset
  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a main dealership (essential)
  • A strong Assistant Aftersales Manager may be considered if highly experienced
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team
  • Excellent understanding of Aftersales KPIs, CSI, warranty and compliance
  • Able to thrive in a busy, high‑pressure environment
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on performance and process
  • Ambitious and career‑driven
