Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience with complex avionics and interior modifications.
• Thorough knowledge of IT interfaces with aircraft.
• 5+ years experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
• 5+ years maintenance or avionics modification experience on Bombardier aircraft.
• 2+ years product development experience.
• Sound working knowledge of Service Bulletins and aircraft maintenance programs.
• Experience with applicable FAA, EASA, TCCA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of major projects through the product development process.
• Collaborate with various teams for pricing and downtime estimates.
• Research new products/concepts for product portfolio improvements.
