A lovely family based in Marylebone, is seeking an After-School Nanny to care for their two daughters, aged 7 and 8. Both children are in full-time education and are happy, healthy, and active. The family is looking for someone organized, warm, kind, and engaging, with a practical, hands-on approach to supporting the children’s daily routine.

Requirements
  • Previous experience caring for school-aged children
  • Up to date First Aid certificate and Enhanced DBS
  • Confident driver (car provided)
  • Organized, reliable, and tech-savvy (comfortable using Google Maps, online shopping apps, etc.)
  • Ability to set boundaries in a caring and supportive way
Duties
  • Morning drop-offs: prepare uniforms and school bags, drive the children to school
  • Afternoon pick-ups: collect children and supervise after-school routine
  • Cooking healthy meals from scratch (no ready meals or sandwiches for supper)
  • Organizing playdates, clubs, and activities
  • Supervising and assisting with homework
  • Light household tasks related to the children (tidying kitchen, toys, and dining area)
  • Ad hoc family support: weekly online shop, booking activities/clubs for holidays, etc.
Schedule
  • School Term: Monday–Friday, 7:30–8:30 am and 3:00–7:00 pm
  • School Holidays: Typically collect from holiday club at 3:00 pm, finish at 7:00 pm
  • Occasional flexibility appreciated
Additional Details
  • Travel: Not typically required
  • Screens: Children do not use screens during the week; nanny must respect and support this household rule
  • Phone Policy: Minimal personal phone use during time with children
Compensation
