Our Opportunity

Glaisdale Primary School is delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new After School Club.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our senior staff to create engaging activities and plans for this exciting new provision.


Our After School Club welcomes pupils aged 4-11, we anticipate a group size of up to 10 children and likely fewer in the initial first months of the provision.


You will have the chance to independently deliver and supervise activities, with the full support of our Headteacher and Teacher in Charge to help plan and manage resources.


We are looking for individuals with experience working with children, whether in play work or educational settings. If you have a passion for creating fun and educational experiences, we would love to hear from you!


Essential Knowledge & Skills


  • An understanding of and commitment to the provision of good quality childcare

  • An understanding of food hygiene rules

  • Ability to plan and deliver safe activities relevant to the age of the children

  • Some experience of working with children in a play work or educational setting

  • Current first aid certificate
