Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an After Sales Supervisor based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Details

Salary: £44,000 - £52,000 per annum
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 42 hours Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Field Service Engineers' time and workloads, including opening/closing of jobs, processing timesheets and inspection reports.
  • Monitor the Engineer's time.
  • Ensure parts are returned, cleaned, labelled and documented correctly.
  • Communicate with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinate the delivery of spare parts.
  • Ensure WIP and KPIs are met and maintained.
  • Organise subcontractors when supporting customers or engineers.
  • Manage the team, including conducting appraisals, return to work interviews and performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Technical background within the plant, construction or agriculture industry.
  • Proven Supervisory experience within a similar role.
  • Experience managing and leading a team.
  • Experience liaising with and managing Engineers' time and workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Full clean driving licence.
