Job description

We are a group of companies that has been operating globally since 2020. We are represented on the market by several sports and casino brands. Over the past year, we have successfully doubled our scale and received the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards. We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the following positions/positions Affiliate Program Growth Manager

We already have a functioning partner platform — now we want to take it to the next level. Your core responsibility will be to increase the visibility and appeal of the program, making it one of the most attractive offers on the market for webmasters, affiliate networks, and traffic sources.

You’ll be responsible for SEO, branding, outreach, content, and promotion of the affiliate portal, along with managing relationships, optimizing partner quality, and monitoring fraud risks. You’ll work both externally (with affiliates) and internally (with BI, fraud, product) to ensure performance and stability.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive traffic and visibility to the affiliate program through SEO, content marketing, listings, and paid/organic placements
  • Rework and improve the design, structure, and usability of the affiliate portal
  • Launch and manage promotional campaigns, including Telegram outreach, blogs, and affiliate forums
  • Handle partner acquisition and retention with focus on quality and relevance
  • Monitor traffic quality, help detect and prevent fraudulent activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve affiliate tracking, onboarding flows, and partner communication
  • Analyze metrics and continuously improve performance through feedback loops and content updates
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or traffic acquisition, ideally within iGaming
  • Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and traffic monetization
  • Experience in content/SEO strategy and working with promotional channels (Telegram, forums, blogs)
  • English proficiency (B2+)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and affiliate platforms
