Qualifications

  • Experience in product development within a safety-critical environment.
  • Exposure to EASA / FAA certification processes is a plus.
  • Previous work on gas turbine engines or propulsion systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support Preliminary & Critical Design Reviews.
  • Review and validate design changes and software high-level requirements.
  • Develop control system requirements for airborne applications.
  • Conduct FMEA / FMECA and safety analysis.
  • Apply ARP4754, DO-178B / C and DO-254 guidance in a regulated environment.
  • Represent systems engineering in cross-functional reviews.
