A prominent health and social care charity seeks a dedicated Female Advanced Support Worker in Alfreton, UK. This full-time role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, aiming to help them live independently and achieve personal goals. Candidates should possess a Level 3 qualification in Social Care and demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to the individuals supported. Please read carefully as this is a complex care role. Female Advanced Support Workers only (level 3, desirable), must have experience with PBS experience and be of an empathetic and nurturing nature. You will also need to demonstrate your enthusiasm, you will need to be energetic, of a calm and supportive personality, patient, kind, very understanding, listen attentively and communicate effectively, to be a perfect fit for this post. We offer 37.5 hours per week, or Part-time 22.5 hours per week. £14.42 per hour, based in the Alfreton area of Derby, (DE55). Early shift starts at 07:00 and the late shift ends at 22:00.
