Qualifications

• Must hold or be working towards NVQ 3 in Operating Process Plant.
• Management qualification or working towards it is required.
• Experience in hands-on operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring for team members.
• Assist with the delivery of the maintenance plan.
• Cooperate with performance managers to ensure smooth team operations.
• Model positive behavioral safety and site pride.
• Step up to cover activities when performance manager is unavailable.
