A national healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking an advanced practice Physiotherapist to lead the delivery of digital health engagement within the service. This role involves managing a clinical caseload at a high specialist level, while leading initiatives to implement innovative digital solutions for patient care. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, quality improvement, and supporting junior staff. This is an advanced clinical post with a particular focus on the leadership and delivery of digital health engagement for the Physiotherapy Service. The post holder will also carry a clinical caseload at Advance Practice level.
Expertise at a highly specialist or advanced level in the management of musculoskeletal physiotherapy conditions, combined with competence in quality improvement, the ability to support students and junior staff and evidence of effective professional leadership.
Support and guidance from Consultant Physiotherapist, Advanced Practice and other Lead Physiotherapists.
The clinical and non-clinical balance will be generous and flexible. The agenda for change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week, with a corresponding increase in hourly rate.
