We have an exciting opportunity for teaching staff to progress their careers as an Advanced Practitioner on our Aylesbury / Wycombe / Amersham Campuses. You will need to be able to work across the two campuses to fulfil the role.

The Advanced Practitioners role is focused on enabling the continuous professional development of our teaching staff to deliver exceptional learning experiences for our students.

The successful candidate/s will:

• Have a 50:50 split between duties as a Lecturer and Advanced Practitioner.
• Act as mentor and coach to new and existing teaching staff across all curriculum areas and College
• Challenge and support staff to be innovative, ensuring amazing learning experiences for students
• Encourage and promote a culture of continuous innovation in teaching, learning and assessment
• To collaborate with teams to identify staff development requirements, and develop and deliver evidence-based development opportunities and solutions
• Be committed to Wednesday being a working day
