West End Clinic, located in Rossington, provides comprehensive care to approximately 4800 patients. The clinic boasts a mixed skill set among its staff, ensuring a wide range of expertise and high-quality patient care. Due to new developments in the area, the clinic is experiencing growth and will soon be relocating to newly built premises to better serve its expanding patient base. The clinic has achieved a 'Good' rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting its commitment to maintaining high standards of care and service.
Role Overview: The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) will provide high-quality, patient-centred care within the practice. The ANP will utilise advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions, working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
