We’re an established and forward-thinking GP practice in Bath, looking to welcome a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to our growing team. This is a key role in our practice — ideal for a clinician who enjoys variety, values continuity, and is looking for a genuinely supportive working environment.

  • Carrying out advanced clinical assessments and making independent decisions around diagnosis and treatment

  • Prescribing safely and effectively under your V300 qualification

  • Supporting home visits and urgent care where required

  • Contributing to chronic disease management, QOF work, and wider practice initiatives

  • Taking part in clinical discussions, audits, and peer learning

  • Option to support junior staff or students, if that interests you

What we’re looking for:

  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration

  • Independent prescriber (V300)

  • MSc or equivalent in Advanced Clinical Practice (or working towards it)

  • Significant experience in primary care or urgent care settings

  • Confident, calm clinical decision-maker with excellent communication skills

  • Team-focused, flexible, and committed to delivering patient-centred care

What we offer:

  • A genuinely supportive, approachable team

  • Competitive salary depending on experience
