If you're able to manage a varied caseload of patients experiencing persistent pain, committed to CPD and have the desire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then we'd be keen to hear from you. The Advanced Clinician in Pain will be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner, within scope of practice and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and operational needs of the service, with more senior support as required. They will appropriately triage patients and conduct comprehensive specialist biopsychosocial assessments. They will formulate, deliver, review and progress individual face-to-face, telephone and video consultations and face to face and online group programmes. They will ensure effective treatment, a positive patient experience and specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved. Our interview process is competency-based and will seek to provide opportunity for you to demonstrate working at Level 7 practice across all four pillars required for an advanced practice role.
