Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in demolition operations.
• Good knowledge of demolition attachments and their safe use.
• Own transport to and from site.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of the excavator, including reporting any defects.
• Daily refuelling and greasing of the excavator.
• Processing and segregation of waste materials.
• Carrying out minor structural demolition, such as boundary walls.
• Removal of oversite slabs and foundations.
• Adhering to all site health and safety requirements.
