A regional health organization in the UK is looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Fylde Coast Home Based Treatment team. This role focuses on providing advanced clinical skills for adult mental health care and involves working closely within a multi-disciplinary team. Are you an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a passion for Adult Mental Health care? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Fylde Coast Home Based Treatment team (HBTT)
Fylde Coast HBTT is an adults Community Mental Health urgent care service based at the gateway, Blackpool football stadium covering the Fylde Coast locality
We are a 7 day a week service covering 24hr time period
The role will be Monday-Friday 9-5pm
We are a multi- disciplinary team, with close working links with other health departments, social services and voluntary agencies.
Our service users can present with mental health difficulties which are often combined with complex social care and physical health needs.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
