The position requires experience in respiratory pharmacy and ideally an independent prescribing qualification. We are restructuring and appointing to two new posts within the pharmacy medicine team: Lead Pharmacist- medicine- operations and clinical effectiveness; Lead Pharmacist- medicine- education and Improvement. There is now an exciting opportunity to join the respiratory pharmacy service as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the respiratory pharmacy team and lead inpatient respiratory patient care on our bespoke-designed respiratory medicine ward and intermediate dependency respiratory care unit. You will also provide directorate services to the outpatient specialties of allergy and immunology, supporting them on matters regarding medication storage, medication safety and formulary access to medicines. We are looking for an experienced individual who ideally holds an independent prescribing qualification, but would be open to supporting the right candidate through this within the first 12 months of the post.
