The role is based at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where you will work as part of the wider HPB MDT, providing expert pharmaceutical knowledge and high level input to the management of HPB patients in the peri-operative period.

The post holder will utilise prescribing skills to optimise medications, champion antimicrobial stewardship in complex surgical patients and lead on the development of safer prescribing practices within the HPB team. You will be supported by the Lead Pharmacist for Surgery to develop this service, and represent pharmacy at HPB Governance.
