Position Overview

A local authority based in Greater Manchester is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

Key Responsibilities

The Adult Social Care Lawyer will be required to cover a variety of work including but not limited to the following: Court of Protection, ordinary residence, mental health queries, Care Act duties, general financial matters, some policy and procedures work.

Work Environment & Supervision

Ideally the client is seeking someone able to undertake a hybrid role, with preference given to those who can attend the office and provide supervision to more junior of the team.

Remote Work & Qualifications

The local authority will consider fully remote for exceptional candidates. You must have a practising certificate to be considered for the role.
