Adult’s Social Workers, Review Teams, East Riding of Yorkshire

Pay rate – £32-35 per hour

Contract roles, County wide, Beverley, Scarborough, Goole, Bridlington, Hull

Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Workers in the East Riding of Yorkshire

There are 4 roles available:

• 2 to support a proactive and responsive review of residents in care home where 1:1 support is requested and / or in place to ensure this is appropriate, least restrictive and work with providers to reduce this.
• 2 to support a proactive and responsive review of individuals in receipt of Direct Payments care and support needs to ensure the package of care is appropriate.
• All roles involved visiting individuals in their home environment to review and assess their needs. The updating of assessments, care and support plans and submission of funding requests is also a key part of the role.
• The roles will be located within the County Wide Reviewing Team and require the ability to travel across the East Riding.
• The roles are required for a period of up to 6‑months to support a specific project to enhance the review process.

There is plenty of hybrid working available.
