A leading healthcare provider is seeking a compassionate Crisis Worker to support victims of sexual assault at the Teesside SARC and other locations. This role involves being the first point of contact for service users, assisting with forensic evidence collection, and ensuring a high standard of care. Candidates should have a kind nature, IT skills, and a driving license. The position requires a genuine passion for victim support and comes with a shift pay structure.
Location: The Teesside SARC, Middlesborough and additional SARC locations in Gateshead, Chester Le Street.
Bank Role
Salary: The payment rates for this role are a shift retainer of £30.56 Monday - Friday and £40.24 Saturday - Sunday, attendance payment of £47.55 per case.
Rota Patterns: 8 hour shifts over 24 hours, 365 days a year.
