Qualifications

  • Active NMC PIN required.
  • Recent experience with tracheostomies and ventilators within the last 2 years.
  • Ability to mentor and develop HCAs.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Are you an experienced RGN with a passion for complex community care? Join a leading national provider known for delivering exceptional, person‑centred care to adults in their own homes. Due to continued growth, they’re now seeking an Adult Nurse Manager to join their team in Woking, supporting clients across neighbouring counties.

As Adult Nurse Manager, you’ll combine clinical expertise with leadership, supporting adults with complex conditions such as tracheostomies, ventilators, spinal injuries, and neurological conditions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and reviewing tailored care plans for each client
  • Providing hands‑on clinical support and training for care teams
  • Conducting client assessments and monitoring ongoing needs
  • Working closely with families, community teams, and commissioners
  • Leading by example to promote the highest standards of care
About You
  • Registered General Nurse (Adult) with an active NMC PIN
  • Recent tracheostomy and ventilator experience (within the last 2 years)
  • Confident leader who can mentor and develop HCAs
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
