A prominent healthcare provider in Reading is seeking an 8a Adult Neurodiversity Service Lead to oversee autism and ADHD services. The role emphasizes leadership, quality improvement, and collaboration across teams. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic 8a Adult Neurodiversity Service Lead to join a very well-established adult autism and ADHD service who have been providing high quality autism and ADHD assessments and ADHD treatment since 2011.

Lead adult autism assessment and ADHD assessment and treatment services across Berkshire
Ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery through evidence-based pathways, optimal performance and ensuring flow through the pathway
Work closely with the clinical leads and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
Strategic planning, service development, and performance improvement.
Collect and analyse demand and capacity data, to inform service delivery, planning and improvement
Manage and support a motivated, equitable workforce aligned with Trust values
Oversee governance, risk management, and service user engagement
Analyse data to inform operational decisions and service enhancements
Implement and evaluate audits, and service improvements

Experience in leadership, including managing teams and delivering services that achieve high-quality outcomes for adults
Experience in leading service improvement initiatives, using performance data and quality assurance processes to drive measurable outcomes
