We're recruiting a Mental Health Practitioner specialising in Adult mental health to join the Gateway Team in Aylesbury!
We are looking for autonomous, driven, and confident practitioner(s). You will have the opportunity for continuing professional development (CPD), with scope to influence service innovation and development. You will also provide high quality comprehensive telephone assessments for those identified as needing mental health support within a secondary mental health setting.

Gateway Mental Health Practitioners are being recruited from a range of disciplines registered with a professional body; Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Social Workers, and Mental Health Nurses.
