📍 Location: Wolverhampton (Office-Based with Regional Travel)

💰 Salary: From £40,000 per annum (DOE)

🚨 We’re recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join an award-winning healthcare provider supporting adults and children with complex needs in the community — including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, spinal injury, and brain injury care.

Qualifications
  • A Registered Nurse (Adult or Child) with complex or community care experience
  • A confident leader passionate about clinical governance and quality care
  • Someone skilled in training, audits, and ensuring clinical excellence
  • A proactive clinician who enjoys supporting teams and improving outcomes
Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical standards and compliance across community care packages
  • Conduct audits, care plan reviews, and competency assessments
  • Support training, induction, and ongoing development of nurses and carers
  • Liaise with commissioners, ICBs, and MDT professionals to ensure safe, person‑centred care
  • Investigate and report on incidents while driving service improvement
  • Work closely with Operations and Governance teams to maintain Outstanding quality
