• Demonstrated experience in engineering and AdTech software development.
• Deep expertise in system and platform architecture.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders on complex topics.
• Proactive approach to exploring emerging technologies.
• Experience building and leading successful engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience delivering products in cloud environments.

• Drive business innovation and define engineering strategies.
• Manage and build successful teams in the UK and India.

• Present engineering vision and business case to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments and external partners.
• Identify and propose innovative engineering development opportunities.
• Encourage a reliable platform-building culture.
