Job summary

A leading consumer electronics firm in Greater London is searching for an experienced Adobe Campaign Manager to oversee campaign operations across Europe. The successful candidate will bridge the technical gap between Adobe Campaign's capabilities and business needs, providing expertise in campaign execution, user training, and quality assurance. With a focus on proactive problem-solving and strong consultancy skills, this role requires a background in digital marketing and hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic. This is a 12-month hybrid contract.

Qualifications

Job description

A tier 1 consumer electronics company is looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign Manager to lead the operations capabilities of their Adobe Campaign solution across Europe.

You'll serve as the technical bridge between Adobe Campaign's capabilities and business users, combining hands-on platform expertise with consultancy skills. Key responsibilities include training and enabling users, managing campaign execution quality, maintaining operational documentation, liaising with technical teams on solutions and enhancements, and leading client-facing technical discussions. You'll also shape the strategic direction of Adobe Campaign usage based on frontline insights from real client use cases.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead campaign operations for Adobe Campaign Classic across European markets, ensuring quality control and timely delivery
  • Act as the technical bridge between campaign briefs and the operations team, translating business requirements into executable campaign workflows
  • Provide hands-on support to users on how to build and execute campaigns within Adobe Campaign, including training, optimisation, and best practice guidance
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle : from campaign brief through to execution, testing, go-live, and performance reporting
  • Manage campaign execution team activities, ensuring technical configurations are properly understood and applied
  • Produce and maintain documentation to support operations execution and enable team performance
  • Partner closely with the in-house technical team to discuss and assist in engineering existing solutions or implementing new features
  • Drive quality assurance as a gatekeeper for campaign execution standards
  • Provide reporting and performance insights on campaign activities as required
  • Shape the future direction of Adobe Campaign usage based on frontline client engagement and real-world use cases
  • Lead client engagement on technical considerations, providing strong consultancy and problem-solving skills
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
  • 2+ years experience using Adobe Campaign Classic (v6 / 7) in a hands‑on capacity
  • 2+ years background within an Adobe Campaign Operations role, demonstrating best practice and client engagement experience
  • 3+ years Digital Marketing Experience with a strong understanding of campaign processes
  • Experience in programming, product configuration and integration of Adobe Campaign and / or other marketing cloud solutions
  • Proactive, independent, and responsible attitude – you take ownership and drive results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear, accurate, complete, and actionable
  • Strong consultancy skills with the ability to lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
Highly Desirable:
  • Adobe Campaign certification, preferably Business Practitioner
  • Experience with connected technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or Oracle), HTML, CSS, Workflows, Data management, JavaScript
  • Qlik data analytics experience
  • Knowledge of estimations and PM methodologies
  • Training experience, ability to upskill teams and users
  • Additional experience of other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, AEM, AAM, etc.)
  • Engagement with, or in-depth knowledge of, the consumer electronics industry
  • Big brand experience
  • Global or European experience – an advantage
  • Experience with issue resolution and escalation

12 month contract

Hybrid – 1 day and when needed in the office.
