Contract type: Part-time

Location: London- Onsite

Hours: 20 hours/week

Salary: £20,000 per annum.

Regent College London is seeking ISM Tutors to support the admissions process for Business programmes. The role involves conducting online Intention to Study Meetings (ISMs) with applicants entering through non-standard routes, assessing their academic readiness, motivation, and suitability for higher-level study.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured online ISMs for Business applicants.
  • Assess academic/professional backgrounds, subject knowledge, and preparedness.
  • Explore applicants’ motivation, learning approaches, and career goals.
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations and complete ISM reports promptly.
  • Identify and communicate any support needs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISM procedures, academic standards, and GDPR.
  • Contribute to training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Programme Leaders and the Dean on admissions and assessment criteria.
About You
  • Degree in Business, Management, or related field (essential).
  • HE teaching experience and strong understanding of academic standards.
  • Excellent communication, judgement, and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Teams and maintaining digital records.
  • Sensitive to diverse applicant backgrounds.
  • Desirable: experience with structured, UK HE admissions, and flexible availability.
