A leading UK university is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support for admissions activities. As an Admissions Coordinator, you'll provide clerical and administrative support for key activities, providing an admissions service to applicants and carrying out immigration compliance tasks. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent service provision and supporting colleagues with continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do. What you can bring Successful candidates will have experience of working with administrative processes in a customer facing office environment. The roles require applicants who thrive in a busy team environment, who enjoy interacting and supporting a wide range of people and who are flexible and responsive to customer needs. Strong organisational and accuracy skills are essential alongside the ability to adapt to changing systems and platforms and work and communicate successfully across both face to face and virtual channels. As a member of Student Journey, you will be part of a Service that provides a wide range of professional services, support and guidance to students. We actively encourage our staff to get involved and collaborate in projects across the Service and we are committed to delivering high quality professional services in support of an excellent student experience, support open days, confirmation and clearing activities and immigration compliance tasks.
