A leading educational organization in Cambridge seeks an Admissions Coordinator for a full-time, fixed-term position until April 2026. The role involves providing excellent customer service, processing applications, and managing specific regional areas within the Admissions team. Applicants should have strong administrative skills, professionalism, and excellent communication abilities. We are looking for new Admissions Coordinators to join our CEG Central Admissions team based in Cambridge (U.K).
The role will be on a full-time, fixed-term contract until 30th April 2026.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a fast, efficient and welcoming service for all customers, internal and external, proactively pursuing student recruitment and conversion on to CEG academic courses, within the Central Admissions team.
With strong administrative skills and with the ability to manage a busy workload, to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines, the Admissions Coordinator will process student applications from initial enquiry to arrival, ensuring turn‑around times within agreed standards of time and accuracy.
In particular, the appointed candidate will take overall responsibility for a regional or process area within the department and manage the processing of all applications and enquiries for that area, including working with the Recruitment team on conversion campaigns as required.
For this role we require a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. You will also have demonstrable strong written and oral communications skills. You will be working independently as well as part of a team within the Admissions function.
