Job summary

A multi-jurisdictional legal practice is seeking an experienced Administrator/Senior Fund Administrator for its Real Estate Team based in Jersey. The role involves servicing private equity and real estate clients, managing a portfolio, and contributing to new business take-on. Ideal candidates will have experience in corporate governance, possess strong communication skills, and be ICSA or CISI qualified or part-qualified. Applications are accepted only from local candidates or those who have lived in Jersey for the last 5 years.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years in a financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance.
  • Familiarity with cash management tasks.

About the Position

AP Personnel are delighted to represent our client, a multi-jurisdictional legal practice who are in search of an experienced Administrator/Senior Fund Administrator for its Real Estate Team based in its Jersey office.

Responsibilities and Duties

The main duties of the role are to assist your line manager with the servicing of a portfolio of private equity and real estate clients. This will be a varied role dealing with differing client-related issues from accounting to administration. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the take-on of new business. Company secretarial duties will be involved along with cash management tasks, and ad hoc projects with the aim of developing the companies Real Estate administration services.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates to be familiar with corporate governance, competent in the organisation of board meetings, exemplary communication skills and strong computer literacy. If you are qualified or part-qualified in ICSA or CISI along with possessing 2 to 3 years in a financial services environment then we would love to hear from you.
