A leading staffing solutions company is seeking an Administrator to manage inbound calls, build strong customer relationships, and assist with various administrative responsibilities.   • Answer all inbound calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of complaints focusing on customer retention.
  • Assist credit control with outstanding debts through query resolution.
  • Understand the daily driver debrief process and deal with related issues.
  • Fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities per company policies.
  • Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required.
  • Support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects.

Job description

JOB TITLE: Administrator
REPORTS TO: Administration Coordinator
LOCATION: Seafield, EH6 7RF; Newbridge, EH28 8SY

SUPERVISES: N/A

HEALTH & SAFETY
  • Act responsibly and to do everything they can to prevent injury to themselves and other persons.
  • Observe all rules and appropriate operating procedures and instructions regarding safety at all times.
  • Correctly use safety equipment, protective devices and PPE.
  • Inform their immediate superior of all accidents, dangerous occurrences, near miss events, damage or potentially dangerous situations, whether persons are injured or not.
  • Assist in the investigation of any accidents or incidents.
  • Report any unsafe or defective plant, tools, equipment, PPE, practices, methods or other hazards.
  • Participate in improving Health & Safety in the Company by making suggestions in these matters to the Manager, Supervisor or Safety Representative.
OBJECTIVES
  • Ensure that Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure that all work completed is accurately charged in accordance with customer contracts.
  • Assist in raising purchase orders and maintaining records as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer all inbound calls in a polite and professional manner logging the details accurately in Salesforce.com.
  • Build strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of complaints with a strong focus on customer retention.
  • Assist credit control with outstanding debts by way of query resolution.
  • Understand the daily driver debrief process and deal with any issues raised maintaining records of actions in Salesforce.com.
  • Fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities by ensuring that all work undertaken is in accordance with the company's Health & Safety policies and procedures and any relevant legislation.
  • Undertake any other such duties as may reasonably be required within the Service Centre.
  • Undertake any training and development as required.
  • Support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects.

  • Numerate and PC literate with good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
