Key Responsibilities
  • The Administrator will work as part of the OD and Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service to deliver comprehensive, effective, and robust administration support to facilitate the running and promotion of the function.
  • Provide administrative support to the OD team and the Occupational Health & Wellbeing department as needed.
  • Promote corporate identity, vision, and strategic aims of the department and the Trust, supporting and implementing the Trust's People and Culture Plan.
  • Represent the OD, Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and ensure stakeholders have confidence in the services offered and delivered by the departments and the Trust.
  • Adhere to the Trust's guidance in the processing of confidential and sensitive information relating to personal and medical details of service users, external providers, and all other relevant parties, strictly adhering to Information Governance, Data Protection, and Records Management requirements at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and secure working environment and report any equipment, building, fabric damages and repairs to the appropriate department.
  • Develop and maintain information systems and processes that assist in the delivery of the service and any projects, ensuring that progress is accurately captured.
  • Assist in the planning of delegated projects and provide project support as and when needed.
