Job description

Responsibilities
  • Consistent provision of administrative support to the team. Ensuring a high standard of administrative service is consistently delivered by undertaking all required tasks and activities on a daily basis.
  • Accept patient referrals, book clinic appointments, manage patient contact via telephone, perform reception duties at various clinic locations and generate clinic letters.
  • Utilise the required technology in NEECS Community and Acute hospital systems, adopt new technology or systems that are introduced, and support other team members to do so in order to deliver an efficient administrative service.
