Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available within the high performing College Information Services department. As a Data Administrator you will be responsible for processing data for the students within your designated areas of responsibility and be the key contact for staff within these areas. To do this, you will be required to ensure all student data is accurately maintained and actioned in an accurate and timely manner. You will be fully trained in-line with DFE and awarding body rules and regulations which will enable you to play an integral part in the college's enrolment events and supporting the Exams team during busy periods. The successful candidate must be a team player who is flexible, adaptable, have a keen eye for detail and have a positive and proactive outlook. It is essential that you have grades 4+ (A-C) in GCSE English and Maths and have some experience in using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
