JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administrative Assistant to join a growing organisation supporting the construction industry with specialist safety solutions.

As a Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will provide comprehensive administration support to the technical department, ensuring accurate data handling, effective communication with clients, and well-prepared documentation for engineers and site teams.

This role offers variety and development, including the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience using specialist CAD software, with full training provided. The position suits someone who enjoys organisation, teamwork and working with technical information.

As an Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will play an important role within a small, collaborative team, contributing to smooth day‑to‑day operations and ongoing project delivery.

DUTIES
  • Administration Support: Assisting the technical department with daily administrative tasks
  • Client Communication: Contacting clients to confirm details and request required information
  • Data Management: Inputting, updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and records
  • Document Preparation: Producing information packs for field engineers and site operatives
  • Systems Administration: Supporting data entry and updates within a specialist CAD system following training
  • Team Collaboration: Working effectively within a small team environment
  • General Administration: Supporting additional administrative requirements as they arise
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • IT Proficiency: Strong computer skills including email and Microsoft Office applications

  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence with access to own transport due to office location

DESIRABLE
