  • Recording and reporting vehicle movement data onto a weighbridge system.
  • Administrating the overseas export of product/container movements.
  • Filing, storing, and archiving documentation per policy and contract requirements.
  • Data input, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoice reconciliation.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external contractors.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Recording and reporting of relevant vehicle movement data onto a weighbridge system.
  • Administrating the overseas export of product/container movement process.
  • Filing, storing and archiving of documentation in line with Veolia Policy, Contract requirements and site specific/local procedures.
  • Data input, analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoice reconciliation; liaising with the Finance Team and Contractors/Suppliers.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external contractors/drivers.
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail, excellent problem solving, excellent communication and team‑working skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Excellent IT skills, adaptable to changing demands.
  • Level 3 Business and Administration is desirable.
  • Experience working in the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
